To connect an Xbox controller to your device:
Use a micro-USB cable to connect your Xbox controller to your PC or TV.
On your local device, plug in your controller.

Mobile devices may require Bluetooth setup or a USB On-The-Go (OTG) cable.
If your computer does not have Bluetooth, it is possible to connect an Xbox controller using the official wireless adapter.

Test your connection
Your connection must be able to send key presses from your controllers with as little latency as possible. Most controllers require a 15Mbps connection and a latency of less than 30ms.
